Cory has a love for music. He took piano lessons as a kid and when he got older he grabbed a book and re-taught himself. He is no Piano Man by any means but he has a few songs he can roughly play. I, on other hand, took lessons for a little while but quit when my parents made me decide between piano and basketball. I chose the latter. I do find it important that in a world where most things involve being plugged in and/or charged to operate, it is nice to have something in our home that needs no battery to operate. Therefore, we graciously accepted a free piano from our friends who were moving to a new home across town and had no room for it. (Did I mention we have no room for it either?!?)
BUT...The kids are lovin' the new "pin-yo" as Lincoln so sweetly calls it. Lincoln was too busy playing superheros but I did decide to dust off the "real" camera and take few sweet pictures of Emery exploring the keys.
She sure is a doll.
